Instruments for Africa

Do you have an old musical instrument that’s just taking up space in the house and is never used? Then why not donate it to our ‘Instruments for Africa’ appeal where we will transport your instrument to Zambia where it will be used! ‘Whiskey you’re the Divil’ are a Cavan based traditional Irish balladeer group who when playing in Zambia earlier this year, were shocked at the complete lack of usable instruments and thought they could do something to help. We are asking for your guitar, banjo, whistle, drum, fiddle or any instrument in working order to fill a shipping container which will then be transported to Zambia. We will be performing in the The John Hewitt Bar, Donegall St., Belfast on Wedensday 2nd December at 9pm. which will be used as a collection point so please bring your instrument along with you so you can help this cause and have a great night out! Please Contact, Gerry White on 028 90 233768, info@thejohnhewitt.com Alan D’Arcy on 00353863091266 or log on to www.whiskeydivil.com info@whiskeydivil.com for further information.
